Labrie Xavier

Originally from Rivière-du-Loup, Xavier Labrie holds an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. Involved in his community, he has participated in numerous individual and collective exhibitions, in special events and his works are part of several private collections. Revolving around the relationship between fullness and emptiness, his multidisciplinary approach marks the imprint of the essential and the oblivion of the optional. Through this dialogue between the negative and the positive and through the altered interpretation of past events, he bears witness to his experiences and invites us to take advantage of the subtleties offered to us by the present moment.
